Scop of Work : Installation and commissioning of critical gas systems at SG-03 facility
Loaction :Singapore
High-purity gas system execution for a controlled cleanroom environment.
Project SG-03 covered the execution of installation and commissioning activities for critical gas systems at the SG-03 facility. The scope included gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes, and gas panels, delivering a stable and high-purity gas supply in full alignment with cleanroom and safety requirements.
Gas Panel System
A gas panel (or gas rack) is a system that safely manages, regulates, and delivers inert gases from sources like cylinders to points of use, featuring components like pressure regulators, valves, gauges, and sometimes blenders to control pressure, flow rate, and mixture for applications in labs, manufacturing, or healthcare. These panels reduce high cylinder pressure to a usable level for processes, ensuring safety and precise delivery. CleanTech gas panels come with various optional features, such as weight scales for liquefied gases, remote monitoring & shutdown, automatic purge operations, etc.
Valve Manifold Box (VMB)
A VMB (Valve Manifold Box) in a gas supply system is an enclosed unit that safely distributes a single gas source to multiple points, acting as a central control hub with integrated valves for precise, reliable flow in industries like semiconductors, pharma, and research, featuring options for manual, semi-auto, or fully automatic control with safety features for, flammable, toxic, or hazardous gases. The VMB’s can be configured for remote monitoring and shutdown.
Gas Cabinet Installation
A gas cabinet is a specialized, ventilated enclosure designed to safely store and manage hazardous gases (toxic, flammable, corrosive) in industrial settings like semiconductor manufacturing, research labs, and pharma, containing potential leaks and venting them away from personnel while often including leak detection and automatic shutoff features for fire/explosion prevention and regulatory compliance. Cleantech gas cabinets come with various optional features, such as weight scales for liquefied gases, remote monitoring & shutdown, automatic purge operations, etc.
