Scop of Work : Installation and commissioning of gas systems at SG-02 facility
Loaction :Singapore
Reliable gas infrastructure delivery for solar manufacturing environments.
Installation and commissioning of gas systems at SG-02, a solar manufacturing facility, including N₂ cylinder supply system, exhaust system for gas cabinets, gas panels, gas cabinets, and scrubber systems. The project ensured safe and reliable gas delivery with full compliance to industrial cleanroom standards..
Exhaust System Integration
Hazardous gas exhaust system integration refers to the engineering, design, and connection of specialized ventilation systems typically in industrial, manufacturing (e.g., semiconductor, chemical), or laboratory settings to safely capture, treat, and remove toxic, flammable, or corrosive gases. This process involves connecting local exhaust points (like fume hoods, gas cabinets, or tool exhaust pipes) directly into a centralized building management system (BMS) or dedicated hazardous exhaust network to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper abatement before emission.
Gas Cabinet Installation
A gas cabinet is a specialized, ventilated enclosure designed to safely store and manage hazardous gases (toxic, flammable, corrosive) in industrial settings like semiconductor manufacturing, research labs, and pharma, containing potential leaks and venting them away from personnel while often including leak detection and automatic shutoff features for fire/explosion prevention and regulatory compliance. Cleantech gas cabinets come with various optional features, such as weight scales for liquefied gases, remote monitoring and shutdown, automatic purge operations, etc.
Purge Panels
An N2 (Nitrogen) Cylinder purge panels provides a continuous, reliable source of nitrogen gas, crucial for industries like food packaging, chemical processing, and electronics, using connected cylinders, regulators, and manifolds to control flow and pressure for applications like purging, blanketing, or cryogenics, with systems ranging from small setups with regulators to large manifold banks for uninterrupted supply, all while emphasizing safety due to nitrogen's asphyxiation risk.
Gas Panels – Flow & Pressure Control
A gas panel (or gas rack) is a system that safely manages, regulates, and delivers inert gases from sources like cylinders to points of use, featuring components like pressure regulators, valves, gauges, and sometimes blenders to control pressure, flow rate, and mixture for applications in labs, manufacturing, or healthcare. These panels reduce high cylinder pressure to a usable level for processes, ensuring safety and precise delivery. CleanTech gas panels come with various optional features, such as weight scales for liquefied gases, remote monitoring and shutdown, automatic purge operations, etc.
Scrubber System – Exhaust Gas Treatment
A gas scrubber system is an air pollution control device that neutralises harmful substances from hazardous gases by forcing intimate contact between the dirty gas and a liquid (water, chemicals) or dry agent, transferring pollutants into the liquid or onto the agent before the cleaned gas is released, essential for environmental compliance in industries from chemical plants to ships.
